Our classes are designed to be fun, balanced, structured and goal orientated! We have a perfect mix of sessions to get you well on your way to achieving your goals. Our highly qualified coaches will guide you in everyway. We have the knowledge to work around  any injury and limitations and will make sure you are working in that sweet spot to become fitter and stronger.

Stronger

A weights session to build strong bodies, sculpt and shape your muscles.

HIIT Cardio

Cardio based session guaranteed to get the heart rate up.

Anger Management

Powerful strength based call guaranteed to release some of life's frustration's.

MetaPWR

Power circuit class using a variety of equipment and body weight exercise to boost metabolism 

MetCON

As many reps as possible. Time based circuit training. Mix of body weight and resistance training.

Abs & Booty

Sculpt toned legs, booty and core with this strength based session.
